How do I recover my password?
On the login screen, click ‘Can’t sign in’ and enter your username. You’ll receive an email (registered with that username) with a link to reset your password.
How do I reset the MFA for my user account?
To reset your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you’ll need to contact the support team to help with the process. You can reach support at: ayuda.soportelatam.cloud
I switched devices (phone, tablet) and don’t have my Microsoft MFA data. What should I do?

Why can’t I create a new password?
To create a new password, you need to follow the security guidelines:
- Your new password can’t include:
- Your username
- Company name
- Your first or last name
- Your new password must have:
- At least 12 characters
- At least 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 special character (!, $, #, %)
- Your new password cannot:
- Be on the compromised passwords list
- Be the same as any of your last 10 passwords
