The 2026 edition will be held in San Francisco, a city globally renowned for its history of technological innovation.

The campaign will be in effect from April 1 to September 30, 2026, or until the available slots for the event registration reimbursement have been exhausted.
• Participants
Active Intcomex channel partners who generate sales of Microsoft Azure—including sales to new customers, new workloads, or migrations from competitors—are eligible to participate, subject to the established accumulation rules.
• Incentive Definition
The incentive consists of a reimbursement of the official registration fee for Microsoft Ignite 2026, an event to be held in San Francisco, California.
The incentive covers exclusively the cost of the event registration fee.
• Excluded Expenses
Expenses related to airfare, accommodation, meals, local transportation, and immigration procedures (including visas and passports) are the sole responsibility of the participant.
• “Watts” Accumulation Mechanism
Organic Sales: For every 1 USD invoiced for a new Azure tenant or new workloads, the partner accumulates 1 Watt.
Migration from Competitors: For every 1 USD invoiced for customers migrated from another distributor, the partner accumulates 4 Watts.
Available passes are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon reaching the specific “Watts” targets defined for each ticket type.
The campaign will conclude once all quotas have been exhausted or upon the expiration of the campaign period, whichever occurs first.
• Redemption Process
Partners must register and pay for their tickets directly through the official Microsoft Ignite portal.
Once the Watts target has been reached, partners must submit proof of registration so that Intcomex may issue a Credit Note for the corresponding amount during October 2026.
• Additional Definitions
A “new customer” is defined as a client who has not been billed for Azure services by Intcomex within the preceding six (6) months.
To qualify for the migration multiplier factor, partners must submit a request to their assigned CSM or write to azure@intcomex.com.
• Final Considerations
Participation in this campaign constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Failure to comply with the established requirements may result in the forfeiture of the incentive.
