Why can't one account send or receive emails while the other accounts can?

The account may be blocked. Please go to the Microsoft Defender portal at https://security.microsoft.com, go to Email & restricted entities > Review collaboration. On the Restricted entities page, identify the user account to be unblocked. Select the user to unblock by selecting the entity checkbox and then selecting the Unblock action that appears on the page.

How do I enable mailbox archiving?

You need to log in to the Exchange Admin Center (EAC) portal and go to Recipient Mailboxes > In the mailbox list, select the user to enable their mailbox for archiving. In the flyout pane, select Others, and under Mailbox Archiving, select Manage Mailbox Archiving. In the Manage Mailbox Archiving pane, turn on Mailbox Archiving, and then select Save.

Why am I being asked for MFA if I have this option disabled?

How do I cancel an Azure subscription? Is it scheduled?

Azure Plan subscriptions provisioned in the Intcomex Cloud Platform portal do not yet have the option to perform an automated suspension or cancellation of the service. As soon as you need to suspend a subscription, you must send an email to the support team: Advanced Cloud Support ([email protected]). Through this email, you must request the suspension of the Azure Plan subscription, indicating the console (country), Tenant ID and the subscription ID. The support team will proceed to cancel the subscription as soon as they receive your request.

Why don't I have access to Azure's Cost Management feature?

This feature can be enabled directly from the ICP portal. Upon entering, click on the Azure Plan subscription. Then, click on the COST MANAGEMENT button, after which a pop-up window will appear, where you will activate Cost Management for all Azure subscriptions hosted under the selected Azure Plan. Then, in the Policy status field, select the Enabled option and press OK to complete the process.

What if I get an error when creating the Azure usage raw data link?

When generating the link, keep in mind that it will only be available for 15 minutes after completing the report generation process. If you receive an error message when selecting the link, this is because the 15 minutes have already passed and you must generate the report again using the ‘Get raw data’ option and perform the procedure again.
