- Open the provisioned subscription in ICP.
- Go to the SPECIAL DEAL tab.
- Check in the corresponding console (e.g., Intcomex Bermuda) that the Special Price field matches the negotiated amount.
Now, the team can confirm within seconds if the subscription includes the correct discount—before invoicing the client.
