- Credits are applied directly to your Intcomex invoice.
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- If the value of your credit exceeds your invoice balance, the remaining amount will automatically be applied to future invoices.
- Tier qualification and incentives are subject to AWS official reporting through the RAPID program.

What is RISE?
RISE is Intcomex Cloud’s incentive program that rewards AWS Distribution Sellers for business growth through credits applied directly to their Intcomex invoices.
Does RISE have any cost?
No. Participation is completely free.
Do I need to enroll?
No. If you have an active DSA with Intcomex, you’re already part of the program.
Why haven’t I received a credit yet?
Being part of RISE doesn’t automatically qualify you for incentives. You must meet the requirements of at least one program tier.
What are the RISE tiers?
RISE SPARK, RISE BUILD, RISE BOOST, RISE SELL, and RISE ELITE.
What do I need to qualify for RISE SPARK?
At least $100 in monthly AWS consumption, 1 reported End User, and the required AWS Accreditations.
Can I qualify for multiple tiers at the same time?
Yes. Tiers are cumulative, allowing you to earn incentives from multiple tiers during the same evaluation period.
If I have more customers than required, will I receive additional credits?
No. Each tier offers a fixed incentive. Additional customers help you qualify for higher tiers.
How much can I receive?
Up to $70,000 per year in cumulative incentives, subject to AWS validation and official reporting.
How do I receive my incentive?
It is automatically applied as a credit adjustment on your Intcomex invoice.
Will I receive a credit memo?
No. You’ll receive an informational notification, but the benefit will appear directly on your invoice.
Will the incentive appear on my invoice?
Yes. The credit adjustment will be clearly reflected on the corresponding invoice.
Is it cash?
No. It is an invoice credit that can only be applied to purchases made through Intcomex.
Does the incentive expire?
Yes. Credits remain valid for two quarters from the date they are issued.
What happens if my incentive exceeds my invoice amount?
The remaining balance will automatically carry over to future invoices.
How often is my tier evaluated?
Tier evaluations are conducted quarterly.
Who can participate?
All active AWS Distribution Sellers operating through Intcomex Cloud.
I work with another AWS distributor. Can I still participate?
It depends. Some accounts may not be eligible if they already receive similar incentives.
Which accounts qualify for RISE?
Properly registered End User accounts that meet the program eligibility requirements.
I’m a new reseller. Can I qualify?
Yes. You can qualify during your first active evaluation period if you meet the program requirements.
Does it apply to both new and existing partners?
Yes. All partners with an active DSA are eligible.
Is RISE an AWS program?
No. RISE is an exclusive Intcomex Cloud program.
Can I combine RISE with other AWS incentives?
Yes, as long as you meet the eligibility requirements for each program.
Does internal consumption qualify?
No. Only reported End User accounts are eligible.
What is a Resell PPA?
A special account type with specific commercial conditions that is not eligible for RISE.
If I’ve already qualified once, do I need new customers to qualify again?
Not necessarily. Eligibility depends on the results reported during each evaluation period.
I came from another AWS distributor. Can I participate?
Yes, provided your accounts meet the program’s eligibility requirements.
Are APN Accreditations validated by region?
Yes. All progress registered within APN is taken into consideration.
If I operate in multiple countries, where is my incentive applied?
In the country where the qualifying End User accounts are reported.
Is RISE a permanent program?
The program is renewed annually and may be updated with prior notice.
